Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Eleanor Hayes Studio is a digital content brand operated by VLADYSLAV BASHCHENKO, an individual based in Ukraine. Eleanor Hayes is an AI-created virtual brand persona, not the legal name of the operator.

Welcome to Eleanor Hayes Studio (the “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the Website or purchasing our digital products. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms presented by the checkout provider apply to purchases.

1. About Our Products

Eleanor Hayes offers downloadable workbooks, planners, conversation cards, audio lessons, and other digital educational materials (“Digital Products”). Products are delivered electronically; no physical items are shipped. Product contents, formats, and prices are described on the relevant sales page before checkout.

2. Checkout and Merchant of Record

Checkout is not yet active. The payment provider and any applicable Merchant of Record terms will be identified before purchases become available.

The payment provider actually identified at checkout will govern payment processing for that order. We do not process full payment-card details on our website.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Delivery

Product prices are shown before checkout, in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are determined during checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. After successful payment, the purchaser receives access to download the relevant digital files through the checkout provider or a delivery link sent by email. Keep a personal backup of your downloaded files; permanent re-download availability from the Website is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property and Personal License

Digital Products and original Website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, store, and print purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload to shared libraries, sublicense, or commercially exploit Digital Products; remove copyright notices; or use materials in paid coaching, courses, or group workshops without our prior written permission. You may complete exercises and make personal annotations for your own use.

5. Refunds

We do not voluntarily offer refunds for digital products, including for change of mind after access or download. Please review the product description before paying. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights, or the payment provider’s independent authority to resolve disputes or issue refunds. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Educational and AI Disclosure

Eleanor Hayes is an AI-created virtual brand persona, not a real individual or a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, marriage counselor, or healthcare provider. Our content is for general relationship education, communication, and personal reflection only. It is not psychological therapy, individualized professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, and results are not guaranteed.

If you face abuse, coercive control, immediate danger, or severe mental-health distress, seek support from a qualified professional or local emergency services. These materials should not be used as a substitute for safety planning or individualized care.

7. Website Use and Availability

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or violate others’ rights. We may update or discontinue Website features and correct errors in descriptions or pricing, subject to applicable law and obligations for completed orders.

8. Liability and Applicable Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and educational materials are provided without a guarantee of particular relationship outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer protections.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and update the date above. The version made available at the time of purchase, together with applicable checkout terms, governs that purchase to the extent required by law.
